Lidl Surprise

I've always had a soft spot for this supermarket. If you have to go to any of the big names Lidl and Aldi are the ones I would personally recommend.

The first reason being they both refuse to provide plastic bags at checkout unless you buy one.

The second being these supermarkets are good for those on a budget who cant afford an organic life in the city.

The third reason being they have a surprising amount of package free goods.

Obviously in most cases I would always say to shop locally, support your local businesses, its very important where we place our £, because where we invest makes a statement about how we want the world to be.

But if for some reason you need a big supermarket fix these are the two to hit up.

Respect for their package free ways.
