Milky dilemma

One of the first little struggles I came across was how to eat my muesli without my usual soy milk. Generally, especially through the Scottish winter, I would generally eat porridge with water and fruits so this was never really a big deal. However now that spring has arrived my body wants lighter breakfasts to start the day . .

So I had my left over packaged muesli from before I started the pledge. Could I eat it dry . . . yes . . would I enjoy it . . no.

Solution

I blended some banana's with a bit of water and turned my muesli into a smoothie bowl!
