Package Free Round 3! (a bit late)

Hello Earthlings!

Its that time of year again where I will choose to be as package free as possible for 40 days.

Why now?

Because I am using the 40 days of lent as a time scale. Not because I am religious in this way but because it is a good amount of time to shift habits and as it is the beginning of Spring, this is also an encouraging time of year to make positive changes in our lives.

What for?

To try and add mindfulness to our every day choices for the planet and for the survival of humanity! It is clear our society is a fast paced rat race and in this consuming, single use, waste producing world. We need to remember, whilst remaining forgiving to ourselves and others, to take a step back, notice the consequences of our daily actions and make the changes necessary for a better future step by step.

What can I do to get involved?

Join me by liking my Package Free Pledge page on facebook to gain tips, advice and support. The bigger the community the more support there will be!

I would love for people to share their challenges and different ways they have approached the pledge and the facebook page is a great platform for this.
